Bristol Wine & Food Fair 2010

Following the resounding success of our Wine stall at the Bristol Food and Wine Fair on Bristol’s Harbour side last year, we returned for a second year. We would like to thank everyone who visited us, we hope that you enjoyed the event and look forward to seeing you at our Ristorante in Bristol.

We enjoyed promoting our food on a separate stall offering an Italian BBQ with a superb range of gourmet fresh sausages and salamis especially imported from Umbria http://www.umbriasalumi.it which will all be available to buy online along with many other speciality foods.

On our wine stall we welcomed expert wine producer Alessio Sobrero, who worked alongside our staff, promoting Salvano wine from his family vineyard in Piedmonte and offering expert knowledge of the production process used in creating noble wines such as Barolo, Bararesco, Nebbiolo d’Alba, Dolcetto d’Alba and finally Barbera d’Alba.
